The day ticket can only be used for a date, for which it was purchased and cannot be transferred to the next day without the consent of the operator.
Each non-transferable season ticket in a name allows use in a given year and is not carried over to the next year. If the ticket is not used through no fault of the operator, it is not possible to request a refund.
